Triton took the lead early in the first half only for the league leading Chester side to fire home 3 goals in reply. Ewan Baxter and Rob Cobain combined to provide the pick of the 3. However it was the energy of Man of the Match Chris Moulson that provided the edge in a competitive game setting up a penalty corner for Boothroyde to score from. The second half saw a comeback from Trition, however this was snuffed out by some excellent work by Matty Thombs and the game was sealed by Paddy Bingham at the far post.
