After disappointing cup progress, the Badgers were looking to improve their form.
The game against Alderly did just that. With a large squad of 18 every man was fresh on the pitch. A quick start from Bennett and Hodgson with one touch passing down the line and a ball to the back post for Ardron to push in. Chester pressed high after the quick start and it almost paid off with Dowd firing a rocket shot, that hit the underside of the crossbar and bounced back out.
More goals came from Dowd, with a nifty bit of skill before taking it around the keeper and firing home, Ardron with a clip hit into the bottom corner and Hodgson with a shot from the top of the D. Overall a good performance which should help boost morale from next week game away at Lymm.
