Chester Hockey Club, one of the leading Hockey clubs in the North West of England, is looking to recruit a Ladies Performance Coach to support the development of players and work towards achieving the clubs goal of improving its position in the Northern league structure.

The successful candidate will take on the role of Coaching the performance squad and will be responsible for the delivery of high quality coaching for performance players and developing a talented young squad. The role is open to player coaches and involves providing coaching, training and support to the 1st and 2nd team squads. Coaches must be working towards a Level 2 coaching qualification and it is desirable that the candidate has a high level of coaching or playing experience.

The role will be paid at a competitive rate according to the experience of the successful candidate. One of the key attractions of this role will be the opportunity to work with other highly experienced coaches that will enable you to develop further as a coach and improve your coaching profile. As a club, we would be keen to encourage and provide support to enable this to happen.
