Following the last Annual General Meeting Chester Hockey Club held a consultation of it's membership with regards to the future playing arrangements for the club. The feedback from this consultation was overwhelmingly in favour of developing a partnership with Abbey Gate College to use their brand new hockey pitch and facilities. The hockey pitch is currently under construction and is due to be completed before the Christmas break.

The consultation gave the committee a mandate to enter into more detailed negotiations with Abbey Gate College with the aim of developing a partnership and securing a deal which would give Chester Hockey Club the security it needs. Over the past few months we have negotiated the Terms and Conditions of use of the facilities and they are currently in the final stages of legal checks.

The committee therefore call an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to put the proposed Terms and Conditions to the membership and seek it's approval to proceed and enter into the partnership with Abbey Gate.

THE EGM WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY 1ST DECEMBER 2017 AT 6:30pm (VENUE TO BE CONFIRMED)

Details of the agreement will be provided at the EGM.
