The meeting will be held on FRIDAY 1ST DECEMBER 2017 AT 6:30PM at CHESTER UNIVERSITY, PARKGATE ROAD, CHESTER

We are currently preparing further information with regards to the agreement and the playing/social arrangements which we aim to send out in the next few days for members to examine in preparation for the EGM.

We also welcome any questions that you may have, in advance, so we can hopefully prepare the answers for the EGM. The information that we will send out shortly may answer a large number of your questions however if you have any queries not answered please send them to me by Friday 24th November.

This is an extremely important decision for the Club and all paid-up members will have the right to vote at the meeting so we would like to see as many of you there as possible.
