This year's Annual General Meeting will take place on the evening of Friday 16th March at 7pm at Abbey gate College.
Nomination for positions must be submitted by March 2nd

Please find attached the agenda, nomination forms and also the proposed changes to the clubs constitution. We have attached the current and the proposed constitutions for your consideration. These will be voted on the evening.

Summary of key changes to the Club's constitution:

1) Clarification of membership types and their voting rights.
2) Changes to the management committee structure
3) Clarification of the election process for playing committee positions and the process in the event of a vacant position (including where it occurs during the season)
